2022.01.29 08:12 Xannon99182 Can someone explain why Girsu is limited?
Girsu, the Orcust Mekk-Knight is unlimited in both the OCG and TCG, so why is it limited in Master Duel?
The only thing it might affect is Orcust since Harp Horror is at 1 like in the OCG instead of banned like the TCG. But, as a trade off they limited Galatea, the Orcust Automaton like it is in the TCG.
However, last I knew Girsu wasn't really used in Orcust decks anyways. It was typically only used in Mekk-Knight decks as their main/only normal summon.

2022.01.29 08:12 Soviet-Yunyun [PC] [2000-2005] [FPS Shooter] Serious Sam like game but its premise is in ancient tombs fighting against mythical monsters of the greek pantheon with the MC being an archeologist or something.
Genre: First Person Shooter, Side Strafe&gun
Estimated year of release: 2000-2005
Graphics/art style: Almost the same as Serious Sam The Second Encounter
Notable characters: MC is an archeologist or something
Notable gameplay mechanics: It plays like Serious sam, weapons are mostly historical weapons and some strange weapons like a crossbow sniper, the environment is set in a dark gloomy tomb with traps in some places (Like moving block of wall that pushes you off a cliff) with a lot of emphasis on platforming, enemies are varied and somewhat resembles mythical creatures like harpies and skeletons, some bosses are gods of ancient greek pantheon. The First level starts outside of an entrance to a tomb. You can coop with a couple of other players using LAN and there are different kinds of player models.

2022.01.29 08:12 ClubA0 Most of the subreddit mods are censoring what they don't like.
Just as the title says most of the subreddits that I have been to, their mods are censoring every time you post something they don't agree with or they don't like they will simply delete your post ( even if you don't break the rules)
Yesterday I've posted in one of the subreddit 20mins later the post has been deleted(I have checked I didn't break any rule) I have tried to reach one of the mods asking why it has been deleted but no answer from them till now (this has happened to me many times in different subreddits)

2022.01.29 08:12 GlompSpark Why arent there more MMOs that focus on having a story?
Most MMOs just have a vauge background story (e.g. empire X is fighting empire Y), you create a character, and questing is mostly generic ones like "go kill 20 wolves". Raids are like "theres an ancient evil in this dungeon, go defeat it". Theres nothing that actually makes you get excited over or immersed in, nothing that makes you go "wow, i want to find out what happens next!".
The one MMO that i saw actually take a story driven approach was Talesweaver, a really old MMO (released in 2003). You dont create a nameless character, you pick a character that comes with a backstory, complete with an intro cutscene and at certain points throughout the game, you can do story quests to advance the plot for your character. Your character can also interact with other characters based on the plot, and sometimes you have to party up with a specific character for story quests.
Sadly, it only had a short lived english beta before it was shut down with no explanation but the story seemed quite interesting. The characters had their own personalities and goals instead of it being just a nameless "hero" (you).
Gameplay was mediocre, but fairly standard for a game released in 2003...mostly just grinding mobs in an open field to level and get loot to sell. The highlight was definately the story and characters though.
Why dont more MMOs do something like this? Its way more interesting than having a generic hero killing 20 wolves over and over. I would be more invested in a MMO if i was playing to find out what happens in the next chapter of the story.
